SELLING PROCESS

Top Dollar, Least Hassle

We live in a fast-paced, image-focused society where first impressions truly matter.  Every piece of imagery and information on your property, whether it be a brochure, the wording in the Multiple Listing Service, a presence on the Internet, or a well-placed advertisement, must show your home in the best possible light.

During all phases of a listing from the initial paperwork, complimentary professional photos and strategic marketing, through the very last details of the closing, we personally guide you through all of the details.

Highly responsive and resourceful, Nine West Realty will work tirelessly to help you prepare, price and advertise your house, condo or rental property for the Massachusetts market.

TO STAGE OR NOT TO STAGE...

THE FIRST IMPRESSION IS A LASTING IMPRESSION.

And this is one reason why staging is extremely important. When you’ve decided to sell your home, you need to view it as a product and try to maximize the equity you secure from it.  Staging will help highlight your home’s best features and create a neutral, de-personalized spacious atmosphere that will appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers and allow them to imagine themselves living in the home.  Staging can be as simple as rearranging existing furniture, moving or adding accessories, and/or de-cluttering.

A house that’s overcrowded can weigh down the value of a house and can be an instant turn off to potential buyers.  Clutter can make rooms feel smaller and functional rooms, such as the kitchen, seem inefficient.

All staging recommendations are related to how potential buyers view a home and aimed towards helping you appeal to as many buyers as possible, sell your home faster, and for more money with the least stress possible.
